Refund Policy

New, first-time WebDiiva subscribers may request a refund within 24 hours of initial purchase. We do not provide refunds or credit for unused time for other products or after this 24-hour period has passed; you will be responsible for the full amount of time you have purchased.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to your purchase of computer software and/or services provided by Diiva Associates ("Diiva"). By downloading software or logging into services, you accept and are bound to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not wish to be bound by the terms or conditions of this Agreement, you must cease using Diiva software and services and contact us immediately.

Warranties. Diiva software and services are provided "as is" and Diiva does not warrant that access to services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Diiva expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Usage. Diiva services are provided for interactive use by a single natural person per account only. Sharing of accounts and/or usage of automated downloading tools are prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of remaining time.

Requirements. Diiva services require Internet access from an Internet access provider. Contact your local access provider for rates, terms and conditions.

Accounts. All service accounts are automatically renewing. If at any point you wish to cancel, you may do so via the "Contact Us" link on our web page or by e-mailing, faxing or calling us. Be prepared to provide your email address and password for security.

Cancellations. Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the end of your currently paid period. You will receive confirmation of cancellations via e-mail. If you do not receive confirmation, assume your request was not received by us, and contact us again to make sure your request was received. You are responsible to make sure that your cancellation is confirmed. Monthly fees are for one month or any part thereof. We do not provide refunds or credit for unused time except during the first 24 hours after initial purchase.
